What it’s all about ?
Pictures using Instagram app through the detailed vision of Cesinha Chaves – @cexa, one of the pioneers of Brazilian skateboarding. His first skateboard, made out of roller skates, is from 1968 and since then he has extended his activities as contest organiser, host, video editor and TV director, magazine writer – all about skateboarding. He created the 1st Brazilian Skateboar- ding Web Site – Brasil Skate – and has 7 skateboarding videos released. On his Facebook profile he defines himself as Skateboarder, Macintoxic, Phonetographer, Buddhist and Friend.
After a special series just with pool skating, Cesinha released CeXas InstaSktPics, a new series extending the skateboarding theme.

Cesinha is Brazil’s Skateboard Ambassador. His relationship with the skateboard began in the sixties, as one of Brazil’s earliest pioneers who was instrumental in the introduction of modern skateboarding to Brazil, in turn helping build the foundation that makes Brazil the skate powerhouse it is today. Involved in difference aspects of skateboarding over the years, his passion for the lifestyle extends also into photography that captures the undulating abstract shapes of skate terrain which are so unique to the world of skateboarding. True to the skateboarder’s ethos, Cesinha continues his inquisitive pursuit of possibility with the skateboard today.
