The X Games Barcelona event schedule for 2013 spans 4 days and features 4 different categories of event: Moto X, BMX Freestyle, Skateboard and Rally.
X Games Barcelona Moto X Event Schedule
The Moto X events are some of the most exciting X Games events. This is your chance to see the best in the world of Moto X push the boundaries of possibility. Every year the bar is raised, the competitors step up and the fans get a chance to see something that has never been done before.
The X Games Bacelona Moto X events include :
– Best Whip-Final – This is the main event of the Best Whip competition. The riders have to launch off a huge ramp at high speeds and whip the tail of the motorcycle at an exaggerated angel and then bring it back to its original position before landing. This is a very dangerous stunt and the competitors thrive off the thrill of the audience. There are no judges for this competition – The fans decide who wins and who deserves to take home the prize.

– Best Trick-Final – This is the main event of the Best Trick competition. Not much to explain here – basically the competitors launch into the air, spin, flip and kick… on, off and around the motorcycle… and basically do the impossible, in an effort to impress the audience and judges. The man with the highest score – and no broken neck – wins the prize.

– Enduro X Men’s-Rounds & Final – In this ultimate off-road motorcycle competition, riders traverse an an almost imposible obstacle course of mixed terrain in an all out race to the finish. Bouncing over rocks, giant tree trunks, piles of logs, rolling through mud pits and who knows what else the competitors just have to be the first to the checkered flag. This is the most intense off-road motocross ever!

– Enduro X Women’s-Final – It’s the women’s turn. In this ultimate off-road motorcycle competition, riders traverse an an almost imposible obstacle course of mixed terrain in an all out race to the finish. Bouncing over rocks, giant tree trunks, piles of logs, rolling through mud pits and who knows what else the competitors just have to be the first to the checkered flag. This is the most intense off-road motocross ever!

– Freestyle-Final – This is the main event of the MotoX Freestyle competition. A circuit style competition, the freestyle course consists of ramps and kickers that the riders use to launch huge air and do amazing tricks. The goal is to impress the judges with an array of tricks that is judged on creativity and degree of difficulty.

– Step Up-Final – This is the main event of the step-up competition. Step-up is a competition to see who can jump their motorcycle the highest. With a short take-off and almost vertical kicker, step-up is nothing more than go fast, go high, but be sure you can still land. These guys are launching their bikes almost vertically up to 14 meters in the air… and then landing it – we hope.

The BMX events are really something special. If you are thinking that BMX is not as exciting as the Moto X or its not as cool as the skateboarding, you are wrong. BMX is every bit as dangerous as Moto X and as cool as skateboarding. If you have never had a chance to see professional BMX live, you have to check it out.
The X Games Bacelona BMX events include:
–Vert-Final – This is the main event of the BMX Vert competition. BMX riders battle it out on a 4 ½ meter halfpipe to see who can put on the best display of high air, innovative tricks and fluid routine.

–Park-Final – The main event of the BMX Park competition. The best of the best BMX riders battle it out in a specially designed Park set-up. The X Games Park set-up consists of pool style areas linked together with rails, hips and ramps that the competitors use to impress the judges with fluid style, drive, originality and variety of tricks.

–Street-Final – The main event of the X Games BMX Street competition. This is the final event and decides who takes home the prize. The BMX Street competition area is a perfectly designed recreation of the best urban setting for BMX ever imagined. The X Games organizers have basically created the dream scenario for BMX street riders – with all the best obstacles set up perfectly to optimized ripablility.

–Big Air-Final – The main event of the BMX Big Air competition. This is exactly as it sounds – Big Air! The ramp is huge, the speeds are intense and the air is out of control!!! The competitors launch at high speeds over a 15 meter gap to perform their first trick and then go into an 8 meter quarterpipe that they use to launch their final air.

This is where the best of the best in the world of skateboarding duke it out to see who is number 1. The X Games event organizers know that these are some of the most popular events of the entire X Games schedule and really give their all to provide a varied display of the different specializations within the world of skateboarding.
The X Games Barcelona Skateboard events include:
-Street Local-Qulifier –This is the Street Skateboarding qualification round for the local competitors. The best of the best local skaters from Barcelona and surrounding areas get a chance to compete in the main event. The Street Skate competition area is a perfectly designed recreation of the best urban setting for skateboarding ever imagined. X Games Barcelona Rally Event Schedule
The X Games Rally event is something totally unique in the world of automobile racing. A mix between Formula 1 and the Baja 1000, the X Games Rally event is a full throttle, action packed, sprint style car race where the competitors race through a mixed surface course in specially designed, super fast rally cars. With an eye constantly on the future of extreme sports, in 2010 the X Games organizers started including Rallycross in the event lineup. It has since become one of the most popular X Games events.
The X Games Barcelona Rally events include:
Rallycross-Final – competitors race for six laps through a circuit course of dirt and asphalt that features an impressive jump, sliding turns, and many other challenging obstacles.
