SANT JORDI ALBERGS, S.L. obtains personal data through our Newsletter sign up form on our website, the contact form of persons who submit a job application, contact form or request information for groups, as well as through registering on the website, by storing the information provided to book accommodation in our Hostels.
According to the regulations in force on data protection, specifically, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the personal data provided to SANT JORDI ALBERGS, S.L. through this website will become part of its information systems, which comply with the security measures required to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, security, and recovery of the information.
The purposes for which these data are collected will always be related to our accommodation; therefore, your data will be processed by our staff to reply to queries and to occasionally inform you about news, offers, and promotions that may be of interest to you.
If you have provided us with information to take part in a recruitment process, your data will only be processed for this purpose and the information will be deleted one year after it is received.
The Legal Basis for this processing is the User’s consent, which he/she has provided by accepting such processing in each of the data collection sections.
Regular information will be sent to you via our periodic newsletter if you have consented thereto.
Your data will be stored for as long as you are registered to receive the information requested, however, your consent may be revoked at any time using the link attached to each notice to notify us of your wish to UNSUBSCRIBE or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. When you visit our facilities, in the accommodation you booked, SANT JORDI ALBERGS, S.L. will also store the images taken within the buildings in its systems, under the CCTV system installed to monitor access and security in the facilities, and the persons.
These images will only be disclosed to the courts and/or state law enforcement forces and agencies, when so required, to other public bodies protected by regulation and to the companies with which the CCTV system maintenance is contracted, with which the relevant processing assignment agreements have been signed.
You are entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data, you, therefore, have the right to access your personal data (Right of Access), to rectify inaccurate data (Right to Rectification), or to request the erasure (Right to Erasure) of data when they are no longer required. To protect USERS’ privacy, submitting any information through our forms related to their ideology, religion, beliefs, race, health, and sex life is prohibited.
You are also hereby informed that, under no circumstances, shall individualized automated decision-making processes or profiling be carried out.
This Legal Disclaimer is governed by Spanish law. Therefore, the USERS agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, even within Spanish territory.
