What its all about – Movember is, first and foremost, a month dedicated to raising awareness and funds for men’s health issues – specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives. It is also a great reason to let that mustache grow and finally get the mouth brow you always wanted.
How it works – check out the Movember website for rules and information on how to officially participate and give donations. The most important thing is that you start the month clean-shaven and then use the entire month of Movember to cultivate the Face Furniture of your choice – no beards or goatees allowed! Once you’ve got a mean stache you can use that Dirt Squirrel to raise funds and awareness for men’s health issues.
Movember moustaches were first grown in Australia back in 2003. Today it is a worldwide phenomenon.
