Praia de Sao Pedro do Estoril
Located an hour via train from our hostel or just 30 minutes by car this beautiful wee gem attracts not only beachgoers but surfers too! So, if longboarding is your game, you are in luck. Backed by sandy cliffs and rocks at either end, Praia da Sao Pedro do Estoril is very easy on the eye and defiantly not one to be missed on your list.

Praia do Guincho
If stunning scenery is what you are after this protected region will not let you down. Here you will find excellent amenities too with beach cafes, restaurants, showers, and plenty of car parks not to mention a coastal footpath that wraps around the cliff tops. It goes without saying that Praia do Guincho, Cascais is a fantastic destination for a beach day.

During low tide, you can walk through Praia da Adraga’s stunning caves and if that isn’t enough to make you want to explore this beautiful spot you can spend the afternoon wining and dining on seafood at the famous ‘Restaurante D’Adraga’ which is well recommended by the locals.

Praia do Meco
Long stretches of paradise are what you will find at Praia do Meco. Located 40 minutes south of Lisbon in the middle of a natural park called ‘Serra da Arrabida’ this beach is famous for surfers and nudists. It is one of Lisbon’s quieter beaches and is divided into two parts the North and South. The North end is where you will find sunbeds, restaurants, and different sports being played but if your keen to get your kit off the South end is where you will find the nudism.
