Barcelona Tibidabo Amusement Park is a magical area of Barcelona with over 20 attractions; rides, Ferris wheels, and restaurants and yes, the VIEWS are spectacular. If you are looking for the highest point in Barcelona, no need to look further.
This park is located in the city of Barcelona and forms part of the Collserola Mountain Range. Tibidabo is considered the highest point in Barcelona at 512 meters. Not only is the park recognizable by its height but for the iconic combination of the Sacred Heart church and the multi-colored Ferris Wheel which sits at the top of the Tibidabo mountain. The Tibidabo theme park is the oldest functioning theme park in Spain, and one of the oldest in the world.

Visit the ONLY theme park in Barcelona, this attraction has over 100 years of history. More than 20 exciting rides will let you discover the city and one of the best Barcelona views.
If you ever see Tibidabo lit up at night, you have to recognize the beautiful expiatory church of the Sacred Heart. The catholic church of neo-gothic style built in 1806 highlights over the city. You are able to take a lift to the top of the church and check out the views from 575 meters above sea level. It becomes the most visible structure in Barcelona at night.
The Collserola Park and tower, specifically built for the 1992 Summer Olympics offers an amazing stop for views. There is a 500 meters pedestrian path to reach the bottom of the tower. With that being said you are able to take a lift to the 10th floor of the tower and witness an impressive 360-degree view of Barcelona.

Tickets for Tibidabo and Panoramic Parks
The general tickets give you access to the entire park including the panoramic area. The panoramic área is a section that holds the parks more iconic attractions and the best Barcelona breathtaking view, including the Ferris Wheel. You are also able to purchase a ticket to the Panoramic área only. Check out the ticket prices at the main entrance of the park!

How to get to Tibidabo Park?
It is super easy to reach the park from Plaza Catalunya! Look for the train Brown Line L7 to Av. Tibidabo station. Note, this is a train rather than the Metro, so follow signs for RENFE.
From Av. Tibidabo station you will need to walk over to the Tramvia Blau stop (100 meters from the metro Tibidabo Metro Station.)
Tramvia Blau will take you halfway up the mountain. Once you have reached the halfway point the last stop is taking the Funicular Mountain Train to the Tibidabo Theme Park!

Timeline for the Tramvia Blau
Winter months Saturday and Sunday 10:00-18:15 and it runs 15-30 minutes.
