Additional Information

We will do our best to accommodate all requests and booking preferences such as room type or special requests. These preferences are often subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until payment of the established deposit. Our Group Booking Department will review your request and respond within 48 hours with a proposal of price, rooms and services requested. If additional information is required, we will inform you immediately. Upon arrival of the group, a deposit of 10€ per person will be requested – which will be returned upon departure – and all members of the group will be required to present a photo ID at the time of check-in. Persons under 18 years of age may only stay in private rooms or shared dormitories reserved entirely for the private use of the group. They are not allowed to share dormitories with other guests (other than their group). Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or authorised monitor.
